Booking: You can make a reservation for a tour by booking online.
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of booking your trip.
If the deposit specified for your reservation is not received within 7 days, the reservation will be cancelled.
Full payment at the time of booking is required for reservations made within 180 days of the trip start date.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to confirm your reservation, we will refund any amount paid for the trip.
We recommend that you do not book your airfare until you have received our confirmation letter.

Deposit required to book a tour: A deposit equal to 15% of the total booking price is required to book a tour.
The deposit is non-refundable starting 30 days after the reservation.
Final Payment: The balance of the reservation is due at least 180 days prior to the tour start date.
If the payment is not received 180 days prior to the tour start date, your reservation may be cancelled.
Your payment of the deposit and/or final payment indicates your compliance with our booking conditions.

Prices for this program are based on a minimum group size of 10 people.

If the required number of participants is not reached, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the trip, up to 30 days before departure, refunding the total amount of the package without compensation for the customer.
We accept payment by bank transfer, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Paypal.
You will receive a confirmation email ensuring your reservation within 24 hours.
Your reservation will be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not
 received within the specified time.
If full payment is not received 180 days prior to the tour start date, your reservation may be cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
Full payment is required at the time of booking for reservations made less than 180 days prior to the tour start date.
Any changes or substitutions of travelers on a reservation must be made at least 14 days prior to the trip start date.
Otherwise it will be considered as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply.
We reserve the right to refuse any substitution of travellers on a reservation for any reason.
Any special meal requirements will be made upon request only. Mytravelinfrance cannot guarantee special meal requests and will not assume any responsibility if customer special meal requests are not met.
The restaurants we work with often accommodate people with dietary restrictions.
Customers with special needs or disabilities are required to inform Mytravelinfrance at the time of booking of any physical, medical or special needs that require accommodation.

Reservation Changes: Changes may result in loss of hotel space or increased rates.
Changes are subject to availability and may not be possible. You will also be responsible for hotel charges for changes made to a reservation after it has been confirmed.

Cancellations and refunds:

If a person or group does not show up at the specified pick-up location at the beginning of the tour, they will be considered absent and no refund will be offered.

Following a reservation, a 48-hour free cancellation period is offered.
Cancellations outside of the 48-hour free cancellation period for tours booked 180 days or more from the departure date, the deposit will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received within 30 days of booking.
Cancellations made outside of the 48-hour "free cancellation period" for tours booked, and starting in less than 180 days will incur a cancellation fee.

The cancellation fees are described below:
Cancellation Fee: The cancellation fee is calculated based on the number of days prior to the trip start date that the cancellation is made:

  • More than 180 days: 15% of the total price of the reservation

  • 179 - 120 days: 30% of the total price of the reservation

  • 119 - 60 days: 50% of the total price of the reservation

  • 59 - 36 days: 70% of the total price of the reservation

  • 35 days - 16 days: 80% of the total price of the reservation

  • 15 days until the beginning of the trip: 90% of the total price of the reservation

  • No show: 100% of the total price of the reservation

If a no-show contacts Mytravelinfrance and arranges to join the tour during the scheduled trip, he/she will be allowed to join the tour for the remainder of the trip he/she has booked, but will not receive a refund for the missed portion of the trip.
Absences from tour events: We will not issue refunds for no-shows for tours, meals, excursions or for no-shows after the start of the trip due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen events or circumstances.

If you have purchased travel insurance, any claim for this trip must follow the guidelines and procedures of the insurer and is in no way associated with Mytravelinfrance.

Trip Cancellation: Mytravelinfrance reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour for any reason, including circumstances beyond its control.

In case a trip is cancelled before the start date, Mytravelinfrance will try to reschedule the same or a similar trip.
If there is a difference in cost, it will be charged to the guest. If an alternative tour is not accepted by the customer within 7 days, we will refund all monies paid to and have no further obligation or liability.

If Mytravelinfrance is forced to cancel a tour due to a major force, natural or otherwise, epidemic, pandemic, war, terrorism, political unrest, strikes or government action preventing the tour from proceeding, travelers registered for the tour will receive a full refund of their reservation, minus $400 per person.

Please note that Mytravelinfrance is not responsible for any cancellation penalties incurred on other travel arrangements, such as airline tickets purchased separately from Mytravelinfrance.



Transportation: All the transportation to the sites of daily activities indicated in the itinerary and back to the hotel are included is included in the tour.

  • Adult: An adult is defined as a person over the age of 18.

  • Child: Defined as a person under the age of 18.

  • Children under 7 years old are not allowed to participate in the tour.

- A bilingual guide will be at our side at all times, as well as specialized guides at the time of visits.

- Hotel rooms: Each room is for 2 people (with a possibility of maximum 3 people) and there must be at least one adult over 18 years old per room with child.

 -The rooms are equipped with a large single bed or two twin beds, a private bathroom and/or shower, WiFi and air conditioning.

The hotels listed on the itinerary pages are intended to be used for all trips.

However, if circumstances require, other hotels of a similar standard (if possible) may be used for various reasons.


  • Breakfast served at the hotel.

  • Lunches and some dinners are included as indicated on the itineraries, if you wish to order something that is not included in the choices offered to you, you will have to pay for these changes at your own expense, unless they costs the same amount as the meal.

  • Drinks: With the exception of bottled water provided during tours, beverages are not included in the trip or in the proposed menu.

  • You can choose the drink of your choice at your own expense. Note that tap water is always free.

  • In the cafes and bars where we will stop for a break, you will have to  pay for your own drinks.

  • Guided tours: Tours, entrance fees and the services of an English or French speaking guide are included.

  • Whenever possible, we will follow the order of the visit.

  • The order of the tours may vary and if, for reasons beyond our control, a tour must be cancelled, we will try to offer you a similar experience.

  • No refunds will be given for changes or cancellations.

  • Identification: We will need to verify your identity upon arrival.

You will need to present your passport to the tour director for verification or you will not be allowed to participate in the tour.

Transfers :

  • Transfers from the airport, train station, bus station, hotel or other locations can be included in the tour, as indicated in the tour details. Transfers are only available on the dates, times and locations specified in the program.

  • Baggage limit: Personal bags are allowed on board vehicles during the tour, but they are limited to one per person. Due to the limited capacity of the vehicles, we do not allow larger luggage on board the vehicles, except for the trip to and from the arrival and departure destination.

  • Luggage handling is the responsibility of each guest and must be be loaded and unloaded from the vehicle each day they are needed.

  • Mytravelinfrance will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to luggage or any other item belonging to the guest.

  • Guests must report any lost items to the Travel Director who will assist them in completing a lost item form that can be used for any insurance claims related to the loss.



The plain tickets, taxes and surcharges related to air travel, passport and visa fees, travel insurance (to be purchased separately), laundry, telephone calls, beverages, additional meals not detailed in the itinerary; transportation to and from train stations or airports before or after the trip; optional excursions; all items or purchases of a personal nature; and any other items.

As well as any expenses related to activities or goods outside of the trip.

The price of the trip also does not cover additional or unforeseen costs and expenses, such as the return home if you leave the trip of your own free will, due to illness, or as a result of official government action in the country visited.



Trip Prices: Prices are based on costs, charges, fares, taxes, levies and exchange rates as of January 1, 2023.

The prices announced on Mytravelinfrance are updated prices.

No surcharges for cost or currency fluctuation will be applied to the trip price once the deposit has been received in full.

Participation in the trip: Children under 7 years old are not allowed to participate in our tours.

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle or legal guardian.

Mytravelinfrance strives to provide a safe, enjoyable and memorable travel experience for all its customers.

We ask that you notify us of any health or mobility problems at the time of booking, as this could have a considerable impact on your vacation. Mytravelinfrance

cannot accommodate customers with special needs or disabilities at this time due to the lack of accessibility at some stops on the route.

Please note the following:

  • Guests are required to inform Mytravelinfrance, in advance, of any physical, medical or other needs that require accommodation. All guests must ensure that they are medically and physically fit to travel.

  • Mytravelinfrance may also exclude a person from participating in a tour or activity if that person's participation poses a direct threat to the health and safety of participants.

  • Mytravelinfrance does not provide personal devices (such as wheelchairs, hearing aids or prescription eyeglasses) or services of a personal nature (such as pushing a wheelchair or assistance with eating, grooming or dressing).

  • Mytravelinfrance does not employ medical personnel. Any necessary medical care will be  provided by a local establishment at the guest's expense.

Mytravelinfrance is not responsible for any losses or costs incurred as a result of medical services obtained during the trip, or for the quality of care or services received.

Clients should be aware that some stops on the tour may include rough terrain, prolonged walking on paved streets, and irregularities, and areas that may not be easily accessible by wheelchair.



Participants must be respectful, flexible and open-minded, and demonstrate considerate social behavior toward others.

While we want everyone to have a good time, sometimes a person on a trip may not feel comfortable.

There are times when a participant on a trip misbehaves or does things that are incompatible with the safety, comfort or convenience of other participants.

Under these circumstances, we have the exclusive right and ability to remove anyone from a trip at any time, without any claims or complaints from you against us.

Replacement tour: Mytravelinfrance tours are unique and take place in singular and exclusive locations.

In the unlikely event that our local hosts are unable to accommodate

Mytravelinfrance or we are unable to access a location, Mytravelinfrance will try to find an alternative experience in place of the planned experience.

Pre/Post Trip Accommodations: If you have made arrangements with us to stay on site before and/or after your trip, please understand that we will not be able to provide accommodations.

Please understand that your stay will be at your own expense, as will the transfer to the hotel or airport.

Unfortunately, free transfers are not available for guests who book accommodation before or after the trip.

Please also note that you will be responsible for your own transfers at your own expense.

For your comfort: it is strictly forbidden to smoke and drink alcohol on board the vehicles operated by Mytravelinfrance.

However, comfort stops are regularly made on travel days.



Mytravelinfrance recommends that all customers subscribe to a travel insurance.

France generally grants entry to all holders of a valid U.S. passport. Travelers will need to present a valid U.S. passport to enter France. Foreign visitors to France who do not hold a valid U.S. or French passport will need to apply for an entry visa.

Mytravelinfrance cannot guarantee that a traveler will be allowed to enter France with or without a valid US passport.

A requirement for foreign visitors with visas is to have valid medical insurance upon entry.

Mytravelinfrance recommends that travelers subscribe to a travel insurance with medical coverage if a visa is required.

Mytravelinfrance cannot be held responsible for the refusal to enter the territory.

We advise you to take out a multi-risk insurance policy with AXA (europ travel visa Shengen insurance), covering:

medical assistance, medical expenses, travel accidents, repatriation, hospitalization, luggage insurance, interruption of stay ...

This insurance is optional.

Amount of the premium for the stay: 55euros/person





1. The travel managers are responsible to the client for the provision of the services and accommodation described in this document and indicated on the Mytravelinfrance website.

Unless these services cannot be provided or the itinerary used is altered due to delays or other causes of any nature beyond the control of the travel directors.

In such circumstances, the travel directors will do their best to provide comparable accommodations and itineraries, and no refunds will be made.


2. This document represents the entire agreement between the client and the above-mentioned travel managers.

3. In the absence of negligence on their part, the trip organizers and Mytravelinfrance are not responsible for any cancellation or modification of any other provider, cancellations, postponements, or defaults of any kind on the part of air carriers, land carriers, hotels, or transportation companies.

They are also not responsible for loss of or damage to baggage or property, nor for injury, illness or death, or for any damage or claim whatsoever resulting from the loss, negligence of any person who is not their direct employee or under their exclusive control, including any act, error, omission, default or negligence of any country, government or governmental authority, agent or employee.

All luggage and personal belongings are at all times and under all circumstances the responsibility of the travel participant.

It is recommended to take out a luggage insurance.

The tour directors and Mytravelinfrance are not responsible for any criminal conduct of third parties.


4. When a guest occupies a vehicle seat equipped with a seat belt, neither the trip director nor Mytravelinfrance will be responsible for the use of the belt.

Mytravelinfrance is not responsible for any injury, illness or death or for any loss or damage or claim of any kind resulting from an accident or illness.


5. Mytravelinfrance and its travel managers cannot be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the period when customers are not on board the vehicles operated by Mytravelinfrance.

We rely on the international convention that may apply to the services provided by us and our suppliers with respect to any claim of any kind you may have against us as a result of the provision of those services.

International conventions that apply may include: Warsaw Convention 1929, (as amended by the Hague Protocol and the Montreal Protocol) for air travel, or the Montreal Convention; the Berne Convention for rail travel; the Athens Convention 1974 for sea transport; the Geneva Convention for road transport and the Paris Convention 1962 for hotels.

We shall be deemed to have the full benefit of these agreements with respect to the limitation of our liability for death, injury, loss, damage and delay to guests and baggage.

Registration and payment for a trip constitutes agreement and acceptance by the guest of the terms and conditions set forth herein.


6. Payment of a deposit and/or acceptance of the reservation confirmation is considered as consent to the conditions presented here.

All claims must be submitted in writing and received by Mytravelinfrance no later than 60 days after completion of the trip.



It is your responsibility to comply with the terms, conditions or requirements of any service provider, or any country or governmental authority, or to bear any costs or losses incurred as a result of your failure to comply with them.

Data Protection: In order to process your travel booking, Mytravelinfrance will need to use personal information for you and other guests included in the trip.

This personal information may include each guest's name, address, phone number, email address, passport number, credit/debit card number, as well as sensitive information such as health, safety, medical, dietary or other information.

If necessary, this personal information may be provided to public authorities (such as customs and immigration), security and credit check agencies, and other agencies required by law.

Similarly, we may also need to provide personal information to contractors who perform services for us (e.g., mailing, payment processing, marketing support).

We may also use the personal data you provide to us to review and improve the tours and services we offer, and to contact you (by mail, email and/or telephone) about other tours and services offered by Mytravelinfrance that may be of interest to you.

Complaint Procedure: If you have a complaint about your vacation, you should immediately inform your travel director or your Mytravelinfrance representative.

If the problem cannot be resolved after the Travel Director/Representative has done his/her best to do so during the vacation, your complaint may be made in writing to Mytravelinfrance headquarters within 60 days of the end of your vacation.
